Had their pastrami sandwich, and regularly recall the old New York deli serving process and charm. I have been to a couple of NY delis and a number in Chicago, both downtown and in Rogers Park. Schmaltz was as good or better than the best.

We bought Schmacon before it went retail. We had to by a bulk quantity of seven pounds I believe. We wrapped half of it to give to friends but ended up eating all but a pound.

The Naperville store quality is worth an hour drive, or more if you are into the Jewish deli experience.
