Took the family to the original Central BBQ location last year during Spring Break. Business was brisk that night, leaving us to sit outside in a large heated tent. This was not a problem, as the service was quick and the food was awesome. Some of the best dry rub ribs I've ever eaten. I don't remember much about the sides because my focus, and true love, are ribs. One other thing of note: the parking lot was somewhat small and featured a security guard who did not suffer fools...or anybody trying to sneak onto the lot and do business elsewhere.
